We Empower Girls to Shine 

In 2008 Charlotte's oldest daughter was 7 years old and was being bullied because of her weight.  Charlotte saw that schools were looking to parents to teach their kids not to bully and parents were looking to schools to solve the bullying problem.  She decided to step up.  She realized that bullying came from kids not knowing and loving who they are created to be.  So she created Beautiful Treasure.  The program originally started in the Alief School District at Klentzman Intermediate School and stated there for 3 years.   Her mom Deborah helped to set up and develop all events and themes.

All of the original students that graduated are now in their mid 20's and are still connected with Charlotte.  After getting married and having 2 more daughters (4 in total) she decided to restart the program for kids as well as teens and adult girls who have graduated from the program to help support them through life.  The program will also serve as an after school care facility for girls who are in need of after school care and attend the program.

The Beautiful Treasure self-esteem program is strategically designed to empower young girls in junior high school to enhance their self-awareness, build confidence, promote resilience, cultivate positive relationships, and celebrate diversity. This program addresses the growing need for personal development among young girls, providing them with essential tools for their future success.

Our mission at Beautiful Treasure is to uplift and inspire junior high school girls by providing them with the tools they need to boost their self-awareness and confidence. Through engaging activities, supportive mentorship, and a focus on resilience and positive relationships, we aim to create a safe space where girls can celebrate their individuality and learn to appreciate the beauty in diversity. Together, we’re building a brighter future for our girls—one where they feel valued, strong, and ready to take on the world!
